Details of Our Luxury Self Catering Apartment

Our Luxury Self Catering Apartment is built to the highest specification and designed by award winning architects. It is split over two floors with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor, living accommodation on the first floor.

There is allocated parking in the underground garage with a locked storage area for the safe storage of sun loungers, garden chairs etc..

A gated security entrance ensures that entry is restricted to residents and their guests only and the alarm system has direct links to the security gate.

The Lounge/Dining Room

The open plan living/dining area is spacious with a marble tiled floor, solid wood doors and patio doors opening onto a large terrace overlooking the mountains and beautiful Costa del Sol coastline. A TV, DVD player and Hi Fi are provided for your enjoyment during your stay. There is terrace furniture to allow you to dine “al fresco” and soak up the sun.

The Bedrooms & Bathrooms

There are 2 bedrooms to sleep up to 4 people. All bedrooms have patio doors with electronic shutters and open up onto a lovely terrace with seating.

The master bedroom has a double bed, large fitted wardrobes with an internal safe. The ensuite bathroom is fully tiled in marble with twin vanity sinks, bath with shower over, wc and bidet.

The second bedroom has twin beds and a walk in shower with a separate wc.

There is an additional cloakroom on the first floor.

Quality bed linen and towels are provided, guests are requested to bring their own beach towels for use by the pools. A cot and highchair are available as well.

The Kitchen

The units are beautifully finished in cherry wood with granite worksurfaces and splashbacks. The Bosch electrical goods are of the highest standard and include: Dishwasher, Fan Oven, Electric Hob, Integral Fridge/Freezer, Microwave and Washer/Dryer.

There is also a Kettle and Toaster along with a full range of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. Everything necessary to ensure a great self catering holiday

The Apartment is fully cleaned prior to your arrival with fresh towels provided and bed linen changed on all beds.

There is full air conditioning available in the apartment for use during your stay.

All Bed linen and Bath Towels – please take your own Beach Towels.

Electricity and Water, please switch off Air Conditioning at the end of your stay.

EXCLUDED:

Flights/Transfers – approximately 30 minutes from Malaga Airport.
